- All tending will take place within the Cemetery Rules & Conditions
- The headstone/memorial is a light clean only, we do not offer a full restoration service. 

- Before the initial tend we will visit the resting place, take photos & request agreement of the grave condition prior to contract beginning to ensure headstone is not damaged, unsteady, delicate lettering etc.
Depending on age of headstone/memorial light wash may not be recommended & the service provided will be tailored to suit.

- Payment arrangements will be agreed prior to initial tend, visits will continue in line with payments being received. Invoice will be emailed.

- Proof of service will be given in the form of an email to a designated family member or friend. If email is unavailable in some cases a photo maybe posted.

- Quality floral arrangements will be used at all times, however after the visit we cannot guarantee that they will not be damaged by external factors e.g. weather/nature.

- Bi-Monthly & Quarterly packages come standard with an artificial floral arrangement, certain churchyards within the Warwickshire area only allow fresh flowers, upon initial consultation this will be discussed.

- Fresh flowers will be sourced locally.

- We cannot except responsibility or liability for any damage and/or loss that may occur after our work has been carried out & we have left the cemetery or churchyard.

- Public Liability insurance of up to £1,000,000

- For all packages the cost of the first visit must be covered by the quarterly, bi-monthly or monthly fee before the visit can take place. This may mean that an advanced payment is due at the beginning of a monthly package.
