FAQ's
What area do you cover?
I'm currently based in Leamington Spa & cover the Coventry, Warwickshire & Stratford Upon Avon area &
as well as the surrounding towns & villages.
I thought cemeteries maintain graves?
Most cemeteries offer the mowing of the lawns between graves & in some cases rough edging. The responsibility of maintaining a grave lies solely with the family & friends not the cemetery once a gravesite has been purchased.
Do you provide a restoration service?
I do not offer a restoration service, I offer tidying & maintenance, see services section.
Depending on age & condition of headstone/memorial light wash may not be recommended & the service provided will be tailored to suit.
Before the initial tend I will visit the resting place, take photos & request agreement of the grave condition prior to contract beginning to ensure headstone is not damaged, unsteady, delicate lettering etc.
Do you offer a one-off/annual visit?
Yes, however graves that have not been tended to for sometime will be quoted upon initial consultation.
How can I order your service?
Send me an email, fill out the online form or give me call. You will need to provide the location of the grave & which package you would like. I will then carry out an initial visit to the memorial to photograph the condition of the grave prior to quote/beginning.
How do I pay for the service?
You can pay either monthly via direct debit or annually.

If yearly price is paid upfront a wreath will be placed on grave/memorial at Christmas. If you would prefer a floral arrangement placed on a specific date instead of a christmas wreath this can be arranged.

How do I know you have visited my loved ones grave?
Once the service has been purchased I will schedule the visit. I usually require
10 days before I make the first visit to your loved one (although in some cases this may happen sooner)
I will notify the designated family member via email & provide a photograph as proof that the service has been carried out. Photo can be posted to designated family member in certain cases where email is not available.

What if I don't know the exact location of the grave within the graveyard/churchyard?
If you are unable to provide me with the full name, date of birth & grave location number. Then I may be able to carry out a search depending on which cemetery you believe they maybe resting. I would need to know the full name, date of birth, date of death & further information to carry out this service for a one off fee.
Do you provide fresh flowers?
The monthly/bi monthly services include fresh flowers on each visit. The quarterly package includes a selection of artificial flowers placed on the memorial, changed at each visit. I am happy to provide fresh flowers on each tend please enquire on inital consulation for prices.
Certain churchyards only allow fresh flowers, this can be discussed during initial consultation.
Do you offer any additional grave tending options?
